This is regarding the booking on Goibibo.com, I made last night on 3rd Oct. 2021, for 11th Nov. 2021. On confirmation I checked that it has picked a date of 4th Nov. 2021 instead of 11th Nov. 2021 as the booking date. I called Goibibo customer care no. exactly within 5 mins and was told by Mr. Ayush that the booking will be cancelled and the entire amount will be refunded back to be within 14 working days. I have got no confirmation email or SMS regarding the same due to which I am writing this email. I would request you to please cancel my booking for the 4th Nov. from Mumbai to Delhi on Vistara.
