I had booked a hotel for 5th and 6th November 2021 in Goa.The Hotel called and said that they had to cancel my stay due to maintenance happening. I spoke to Triaha from Goibbo and she said that the hotel cannot do this and did an alternate booking at another hotel for these dates. When i reached the hotel after travelling from Bombay i was told at the hotel that there was no booking on my name. I tried reaching your agents and everyime i spoke to them they put me on hold and disconnected the call. I spoke to Yahavi, Rishabh, Bismaya and Manoj. After speaking to so many of them my issue was not resolved and it literally took me 2 hours and i was waiting outside the hotel with my luggage.
Finally i spoke to Bidya and she said that there cannot be any alternate replacement done and instead they would do a refund. I was left stranded in the middle of the street from nowhere. None of your agents let me speak to the manager. Infact Bidya said that she would call me back or I would get a call from her manager but none of this happened. I was also feeling giddy after travelling and had to face so much of trouble.
I should have been informed on earlier on the 2nd Nov itself that I didn’t have a booking. Instead your agent Trisha insisted that she would make an alternate booking instead of refunding the amount on the 2 Nov 2021. I trusted your company service simply and I am extremely upset with this behaviour. Kindly refund the amount to me asap.
I will surely strongly recommend people not to use your website for any bookings.
