Also, on the day of check-out, we cannot provide an alternate stay.

Updated by Anand Sirsikar As per ur team supervisor said they will pay double the amount of my booking cast and auto fair that they made to travel from one to another hotel twice. And for alternative hotel checkin and checkout time 6AM to 6AM i have call record also for that. But still i didnt get any updates so i wait for another 1week and will goto consumer court along with all the data.
