[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Fake promise goibibo | |||||
I saw "The Camelot Resort" available on 13th Jan for dates 22-26 Jan. Goibibo asked for full payment in advance as only a few rooms were available & the payment was made throught net banking. Booking was confirmed via email (booking id: HTL7BSSF2V) advising "No need to call us to reconfirm this booking" I get a call post 17th Jan, with a shock that my booking is not confirmed as hotel is sold out & the representative asked for a day to confirm an alternate booking. Till today, I am following up with the customer service of Goibibo, but the only assurance I get "give us a day" Transportation has been arranged for 22nd Jan, with no clue of where to go??? Shame on you guys. You do not deserve to be in the tourist marketplace arena. Stop FOOLING your customers, you are nothing without them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
