I used your platform on 6th January to book a ticket from Delhi to Toronto for 9th February.
I have booked my flight (Air India) from Delhi to Toronto for the journey on 9th Feb 2021 with a total amount of approximately Rs.61699, Unfortunately my money got deducted from my account and booking failed. I have no BOOKING ID, no REFERENCE NUMBER, and the chat support option keeps asking me for BOOKING ID.
I have put lot of mail as well as call but there has been no reply either on emails and customer service is not answering the calls.They are not even giving satisfactory answer.
Kindly help me on how to proceed further regarding my refund.
