[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — flight ticket payment issue

I booked a ticket from Goibibo app...From Mumbai to Bhubaneswar via Hyderabad...I paid 8778 via Google pay...And the amount was immediately deducted from my account once I tapped on payment...but my booking failed due to some reason...I contacted goibibo and I was told that money was not received by goibibo team and I should speak to my bank...Now it's been 4 days and I have spoken to my bank and they said that money has been deducted from your account and has been received by goibibo team and they have also shared me a transaction details which clearly shows money is successfully transferred and it's with Goibibo. Everytime I speak to Goibibo team they say talk to your bank they are the one who will initiate your refund and bank says money is with Goibibo..Now I want help and my money back.Please help me.

Updated by Sjsom Goibibo team contacted me and told me that my issue would be resolved but it's been 3 days now, I'm getting the same mail everyday that they are working on it and will update me soon..I don't know whats going on and what's the status now! It's been 10 days now and money is still stuck somewhere
