Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Forgot my charger on the bus

I was travelling from lucknow to delhi on 21 june 2022
I forgot my charger in the bus, then when i reached to home and checked my bag the charger was missing
i immidiately called the bus operator and he denied that charger is with him
i asked him to check the camera because i was sitting on the first row and the camera was right in front of me
But driver denied to check that too
Please help me in this
that charger cost arround INR 2000

Please note i have taken trip insurance too
