I Have Booked One Hotel (HOTEL SRIKRISHNA INTERNATIONAL, Tarapith) Through Goibibo Of Transaction Amount Rs.5508 For Stay From 21-Nov-21 To 22-Nov-21, But Due To Some Covid Effected Of My Family Member, Am Unable To Go For The Trip As Isolation Required For Them. So, I Want To Cancel My Booking. As Per Their Policy I Can Cancel It Till 20 Nov 2021 11:59:00 AM (Free Cancellation I.E 100% Refund Of Booking Amount) But Unable To Do The Same As There Was Technical Glitches At Their Both Website And Mobile App Platform. I Tried To Contact Them Over Mail And Call But No Response Till Yet. Its My Serious Appeal To Take Necessary Step Against The Vendor And To Provide Me The Refund Of Entire Amount Of Rs.5508 At The Earliest As The Fraudulent Activities Done To Me By The Vendor. PFA Of All The Necessary Proof Of The Docs.
