This with reference to my booking PNR N3U1YY. I got a mail on Thursday stating my Bangalore bound flight on 31st December is cancelled and was informed that I would be contacted within 24 hours for further assistance. However, I have attempted contacting the given customer care numbers multiple times and received no response, neither have I been contacted by your team.
This is highly unprofessional behaviour and has scoured my affinity towards the carriers provided through your website. I have received no refund, neither a flight for the planned journey and the planned time of departure has also passed. I was supposed to fly out on 31st December, and this last minute cancellation has caused me additional expense and turmoil for a trip that was planned long ago. I would appreciate if someone from your team can g back and provide a full refund at the earliest since I had to book another flight to get back. Was this information helpful? |
