Dear sir,
This is very regretful to say that a Train ticket covered under Go Confirmed Trip got waitlisted and hence Cancelled on 2nd September only, but till date I haven't received the refund amount as covered under Go Confirmed Trip.
Last ten days i am continuously following up with the Goibibo Customer support, I raised a complaint also but nothing has been done.
Please go through the attached Ticket status as well as complaint communication.
The refund from original IRCTC has been done, 2 X Refund is still pending even after lapse of 10 days from the date of travel.
It is once again requested to do the needful at the earliest. Kindly note that I have travelled to puri by booking another train with high fair as well as in two parts.
This is for your kind information and immediate action please.
