I am sraboni roy, i am booking a hotel on 28 th December for January 8th to 9th 2023, in bhubneswar, hotel name oyo 81924 jaams home stay through ur app. My phn no is+[protected], email id-roy.[protected]@gmail.com.i am booking this hotel rupees 594, but last night when i entered the hotel, they claim rupees 300extra. I was refused to pay. And the cancel my booking. And my booking amount not refund.my booking id is-HTLDNAURZKU9EVE2.and the hotel staff misbehave with me, i am a ladies.
