[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — hotel booking cancel without prior notice | |||||
Dear Sir, i was booked Citrus Hotel in jaipur dated 14th May to 25th May through Goibibo Mobile Apps, My new joining in company at jaipur but when i reached Jaipur at 14th Morning and call for early Check-in Citrus Hotel denied to check in and reply we will not allow you to check in because Goibibo book hotel on wrong price so please contact Goibibo. when i call to Goibibo customer care they reply after 2 hour, they replied hotel website show wrong prices due to technical problem so i am put request from our side for refund your money that time request goibibo for arrange another hotel for same dates but they denied for .. after all that conversation goibibo send msg for feed back foe how was your stay at Citrus hotel and i was mentally as well as physically disturbed by Goibibo and Hotel. please help me for stop these type of activity happen in future i have atatched all msg and call recording for your review.
