I booked a hotel in Pune.When reached Hotel staff said there is no booking from IBIBO.My family n me got so furious and dissappointed for this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour by GOIBIBO team.I wasted my and my family time on travel ..wasted Fuel and at the most my birthday celebration got spoiled totally. They asked for carry forward the paid amount for another booking but after some days on 25th july i emailed them and asked for REFUND but since then no action has been taken.
