Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Hotel Rejected the bookings - Goibibo - The Mount View (Gulmarg)

Hi,

I booked a hotel in Gulmarg "The Mount View" on 08/12/2021.
Upon booking, I received my booking details on Whatsapp with instructions to contact the property(Hotel) directly for updates. I called the hotel and the hotel person Mr. Imran said the booking has been REJECTED by him as the deal is not feasible to him and asked me to contact GoIbibo to Cancel my booking as it's of no use.

I tried reaching out to GoIbibo helplines[protected]/+91-[protected]/[protected]) and there is no way I could speak to anyone because of the limitation of IVR options and not working numbers.

I have attached the Screenshot of my booking PDF to resolve the issue with the property owner or to REFUND the complete amount of INR 9677 charged to me.
