[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — i'm complaint about fraud goibibo cab booking services

I was booked cab service through goibibo mob8le app on 20th aug 2017 for me to travel pune to mumbai. It was confirmed by goibibo and i have also received confirmation of my booking on dt 23.08.17 at 9.00am.
On dt 23.08.17 at 7.00am i was call to cab driver as received goibibo sms also shown in goibibo app he told me i can't come due to some reason so he told me cancel my booking. After that i called goibibo customer support their also suggested to me cancel my ride we will give all refund paid by me. I told to representative i don't have refund please arrange me another cab but she told i can't help me please cancel your booking.
I m so frustrated because of i want to drop my family to mumbai it's very important they have going to airport for traveling for hajj.
I am complain fraud case about goibibo so please help about same.
