[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — in proper hotel service at jaipur darbar restaurant

Dear sir,
I have booked two room of royal suit at jaipur darbar. First of all they were not the royal suit, normal room has been given to us. We have booked 2room for 6 adults and 2 children. But when we reached here we were given two normal room with two double bed. How it can be possible that 6adult and 2 children can sleep on two double bed. Further, extensions were not working. All the bed sheets pillow were so dirty i can't even explain you. We have booked the package with breakfast and whenever we say for breakfast they us to say abhi toh subji and milk aya he nhi.
There was no bath tub even.. What type of royal suite was this. Kindly explain me in detail. Even tv was not working. He bought a breakfast which was looking like that it was baked in night. The whole experience was worst.

Dear Mr.Harjot Singh,

This is for your kind information that no call has been received...Only a fake call from number [protected] is received in which Mr.Abhishek was asking for a debit/credit card details with a CVV card.Please let me know are we fool over here for giving are card details for refund.Is your site not secured. I would be taking a very serious action against this mobile number along with a action against GOIBIBO for giving us a horrible/dirty royal suit room.
