I have booked a hotel using goibibo app at ganapathypule, maharastra.
we reached the hotel around 7:30 pm 26/12/22 and the hotel said that they are not dealing with goibibo and we got cheated by goibibo
when we call the customer care they said they are unable to reach the hotel so they will be cancelling the booking. They were not ready to provide any alternative hotels.
Do I need to stay in the road with my 80 yrs old grandmother and my kid?
While conversing they said If I book any near by hotels they will pay the extra charges (maximum 2000) when I share the invoice.
Now when I call customer care they are asking proof for such a conversation. My bad I didn't record the call, I asked them to check my call recording, they didn't call me after that. Was this information helpful? |
