Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money deducted from airtel app through ibibo payment gateway but not refunded

I have done a transaction of rs 756/- on 11th nov to big basket through my airtel app payment. The payment gateway was ibibo web. The transaction was unsuccessful to big basket and the order was cancelled as well but the money is stuck with ibibo web payment gateway. The transaction id is 27606193. Please refund the money. It has been 12 calendar days as of today[protected]
