Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Money for flight ticket deducted but ticket not confirmed till now

R/S, I am Faizal Akhtar and i have done a flight booking on 25sept2021from bengaluru to kolkata but my money have has been deducted and i till now i haven't got any information about my ticket.I have called contumer care but no information was provided to me .Therefore i request you to plz refund my enture amount .
