The money has been deducted from account with the transaction id [protected] (SBI) while booking hotel rooms for two days 27th July to 29th July 2021 in Hotel Trimoorti, Kolkata. But no valid PNR was shared and no confirmation email or page were not generated. So I had to book a new one causing me lots of inconvenience lately with a possibility of losing money. There is no facility to even speak with customer executive. Worst merchandise I have ever come across. I have spoken with SBI and have been informed that the transaction was successful and so I need to take up the matter with the merchant, Goibibo. Please solve this and refund the successfully transferred amount Rs. 3012 to me. Thank you.
