Ibibo Group / Goibibo — money not refunded and poor support | |||||
Booking id: htl4gcr34r Booked on fri, dec 29, 2017 I have cancelled my booking on 30th dc'17 but i did not get the money back. I am calling up goibibo since last 2 months but they always say that they are not getting any reply from finance team. Now, suddenly they are saying that they have refunded the amount and if you did not get it, then please contact your bank. They are making fool of me by not refunding my money.
