I have booked train ticket from your website from Rajahmundry to Chennai on 6th October for 15th October 2021. I have paid the amount but the ticket got cancelled by the company. I have received a mail saying I will receive the refund amount in 3days. Its been almost a month now and I neither received the amount nor did I hear from them.
This is awful on their side. They make customers spend more time on writing to them and asking for the refund of the cancellation tickets. No method that they tell us to follow works.
I am annoyed by their response. The link they have shared didn't show any information related to my booking. Then how can I raise a complaint? I have been spending every single day trying to contact them but none of their numbers are working. Was this information helpful? |
