Ibibo Group / Goibibo — No refund given for wrong dates booking.

I have made a booking for Ginger Noida Hotel on 8th Jan 9:31 PM for checkin for 9th Jan 9:00 AM but the Goibibo booked it for 8th Jan 9:00 AM checkin and 5:00 PM checkout. I realized this once I got a confirmation of booking, I immediately called Goibibo customer support and first they denied accepting their error and Kept me on hold for long time. they never resolved the issue. Today they are showing that booking is completed. I want refund of the booking and compensation for mental harassment.
