Ibibo Group / Goibibo — No refund received in covid 19 pandemic period ticket of singapore airlines | |
My local travel agent Cosmo Holidays booked ticket from CCU to SIN on 05.02.2020 and SIN to CCU on 10.02.2020 (Copy Attachedfor Singapore Airlines and due to the pandemic we have cancelled the trip with Cosmo Holidays. That time also we have talked with Singapore Airlines and Cosmo Holidays they have assured us that we will get full refund or we may get time for future travel as it is a pandemic period. But now it is almost 1 year over we hove not received any refund for ticket. Where as in your website you have confirmed about the refund of Air tickets Airlines and date wise (Screenshot attached). I can't understand who is doing the miss communication Cosmo Holidays or Goibibo. Please help us by getting the full refund. Look forward hearing from you at the earliest.
