I would like to update you that Yesterday I was travelling back to Delhi from Dehradun and I booked Cab from Goibibo Portal (Booking IDCARPDGANGZ3S9DC) Rs 3847/- I paid by Debit Card.
I Paid 100% Payment Advance and when we reached Dehradun Station Cab Driver cancelled my booking without my permission. I clearly update him that I stuck in a traffic please wait for me i will reach at xyz time he said Okay I will wait please come.
When I reached Dehradun driver said Sir I cancelled the booking you can take your refund from company and I am very much ready to drop you Delhi but I will take 4000/- in cash.
Now i am continuously in touch with Goibibo team for my refund they're denying me. I would like to request you to please look into the matter and refund my payment on priority basis.
I am going to attach their GST Invoice as well, I am not able to understand when I didn't travel how can they release payment to cab driver.
Kindly check and do the needful.
