Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Not refund the cancel bus ticket amount already 20 days over

I book the tickets from visakhapatnam to guntur on 17/04/16 but date wrongly entered and cancel the ticket with gobibio customer support and conform the ticket cancel status, already completed 20 days as of know amount not refunded to me and the booking id - gobus175e[protected]

And we try to call customer care numbers is asking registered mobile no, we enter the booking time mobile no but that number is not registered in booking time
