Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Not refunding after cancellation of flight ticket | |
Hi, I have booked a ticket from Bhubaneswar to New Delhi for 27 February 2021. I canceled the ticket due to some medical emergencies. Goibibo called me and said that after submitting the medical report, they will refund the full ticket amount. However it's already more than 3 months, but they are denying to refund. I asked them if you are not able to refund on medical grounds (Rs. 16421), then refund my basic amount which should be Rs. 6, 000+, but still they are denying to refund. I have given all the details asked by them but they are saying we are unable to find this booking ID in our system, so we are not able to refund.
