Cancelled a hotel booking on 20th of September which I booked for 22/09/21 using their app . I was promised complete refund of the amount ( ₹3157 ) by 27-29 September if I cancelled the above mentioned booking anytime before 21st September 2021 . Today is 7/10/21 and despite repeated complaints on their customer service number, no solution has been provided . They gave me a transaction ID which I was told to follow up with the bank, however the bank said that they can't do anything with the transaction ID and they haven't received any refund from goibibo. At present goibibo refund team isn't answering my calls, texts on whatsapp or emails.
