During the official trip i was supposed to stay in suite at hotel lrc zirakpur banur highway.
Reached hotel at around 4pm and was denied check-in by hotel authorities. I called goibibo standing at reception however, executive from goibibo "sunny" said that he has to follow process and can't switch me over to another hotel. He said process would take 35 minutes to resolve however, till date those 35 minutes are not over. On top of it ibibo sends me invoice for this stay, asks me for review. I mean this website is literally crazy and full o[censored]ntrained staff.
Today sakshi from support team calls me and apologizes for situation. I ask her to provide email address so that i can write a complaint but she refuses to provide email address saying that "upar se order hai nai dene ka email address"
All these calls have been recorded and i have posted reviews as well.
Sensible people: don't ever dare to use this pathetic website goibibo because i[censored] face issue there won't be anyone to resolve this matter. Would suggest specifically to frequent travellers, family, couples and corporates. These guys won't come to help u out.
