I am submitting few following lines for your information & necessary action:-

This is to inform you that my client Mr. Chirag Aggarwal, R/o 26/87 Shakti Nagar, Delhi-110007, Booked online Bharatbenz AC Semi Sleeper Bus, Manali to Delhi on 01.01.2022, 19:30pm through Goibibo, Booking I.d GOBUSAND91572C7238, Operator[protected], Seat No. 32, 35 & 36, Booking mobile no. [protected]. Advance is already paid my client Rs. 4471/- On dated 23.12.2021

On 29 Dec. 2021 one message received to my client for cancellation booking because bus Ticket was cancelled without any reason.
But 1 week have been passed but you are not refund my client bus ticket amount.

I request you to Company Seniors please look into the matter and please do the needful action as an earliest.
