I've booked 2 rooms on 31st October in Hotel Milestone, Sevoke Road, Siliguri.

Payment was made through UPI.
I was not able to stay at the hotel due to local Id issue and I've requested for refund but hotel denied it.
Request team to process refund as soon as possible.
