I had made a train booking from tatanagar to Delhi on 25th July at 8.22pm, amount of INR 1770 got debited from my credit card but ticket booking failed.
I am trying to reach out to you guys on all available numbers but mostly numbers are incorrect or only recording messages.
Can I get a urgent revert on my amount which is lying with you guys with no response from your end till now and there is no customer care mail id where i can lodge a complaint and none of your phones are working?????????
