I had booked a train ticket to Delhi with PNR: [protected], due to some issue, I had to cancel that ticket. Atter cancellation when I IRCTC site I mentioned that the refund was made to IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED with
Reference No[protected]. But the amount was not credited to my wallet or the source bank account. There is no record or history in the app that I booked the ticket. Please look into this. Was this information helpful? |
