Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not given after check in denied by hotel

I had booked hotel in pune name called hotel panchrantna residency on 28th of nov.its been 3 months now company has not refunded my amout of Rs. 1824. they denied checked in and after i called to goibibo customer care they said u will get refund but after so many phone calles to them they are not taking any action. or non giving me refund. they are fake claiming that ihave stayed in the hotel but they dont have any proof of that. i request to take strict action against such fraoud company.
