We have made a booking for a cab round trip from Jaipur & Jaisalmer for 3rd November. The booking was made on 7th October 2021. The screenshot Prior_Booking_Info.jpg depicts the information shown on the website regarding the cancellation possibility till 1 hour before the departure. The screenshot Booking_Payment_Info.jpg depicts the details of payment done for the booking confirmation. While Due to the change in plan and the flight cancellation the trip was requested to cancel but the cancellation was not providing refund in the application website / mobile app. The screenshot Booked_Cab_Details.jpg depicts the cancellation information which communicates that no refund will be provided. When requested the customer service multiple times, there is no proper status update for the refund related service request. Continuous follow-ups are being made daily and there is no proper information being shared by the team to us. The customer service is trying to convince us that if we do multiple bookings only once of them can be cancelled with refund where as other ones will not have any refund policy. We would like to have a complete refund of the amount we have paid for the cab booking.
