Hi, I had made a hotel booking on 15th October 2021, and paid via UPI. I cancelled the booking on the same day, and I got a RRN number to track the refund. But I still haven't received the refund. We are (t.ganesh prabhu and an ex service man) went to write some railway exam in Cuttack for that I (ganesh) booked a room with 2395/- for 4 days...hotel shakti Oyo 4851 what ibibo suggest to me on 10 june...but when we reach they didn't gave check in...they said they were stopped online booking from past 2months...after that we contact device support ...they told about refund credit in my a/c on 28 june.we cancelled..it is already 30days over i already sent my bank statement also on 8th july after asked by some sevice represent...today 13 July even i didn't get one pinny into my account...my refund.
