Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not received from Ibibo for vinodha3011 gpay transaction

I have booked a hotel via goibibo site and paid an amount of 2008 via gpay app on Nov 26 11.17am. The amount debited from my account and sent to goibibo.[protected]@icici Successfully.Pls find below my transactions proofs attached
Once after the payment is succeeded the window didn't changed the status of transaction. When tried to check the app and modify it wasn't working. I tried to call customer care number but no luck.noone turned up.

I want my amount refunded back .please raise this concern and provide me the solution at the earliest

No update on this post. I didn't get refund and also i dont get genuine response from this particular consumer complaints page.

Meanwhile some fraudsters calling to my number and asking me to install anydesk app and so that they will get me refund. I don't think this site is genuine to help me

Is there any update on my complaint?. I could see different fake ppl with goibibo calling me and asking me to install anydesk app. Pls take required safety actions to prevent further kind of spoofs
