My name is vivek r. Bachhuka & wanted to lodge complaint against goibibo for doing fraud activities. I was trying to book railway ticket on 7th november 2017, but due to certain reason amount got deducted from bank account but not got confirmation of booking. After speaking with executive on 8th november 2017, i came to know that the transaction got failed.
Today on 10th november after speaking with customer care executive mr. Shailesh kumer (Sr. Executive), i was hearing standard replied like as per company policies, amount will be refunded within 5-14 working days. I want to ask why taking such a long time refunding amount if they are have all the details. Mr. Shailesh is neither able to connect me to with the higher authorities nor able to provide date of refund from finance team.
Are they running a business to earn revenue from interest with customers money?
Now a days, neft/rtgs/imps are occurring which takes max. 2 hrs to transfer amount, then why such a long time?
Its almost 2 working days from the date complaint but still no progress.
