Good evening,
I'm writing to make a complaint against Goibibo that has not processed my refund of approx 50, 000 for a flight ticket with the booking id as NDCUMKUBT and PNR-U4FVHD.
They continue to diver emails and calls, and also are not put up within their registered headquarters or updated details to avoid customer queries or complaints whilst continuing to provide service.
I would like to request for my refund to be processed.
