Dear Sir

Your none of customer care no are active and recording says they are not valid. So which no i should call?

I had made a booking for Mumbai to ahmedabad for 21dt November. There was error in name of passenger and i called airlines directly they said as flight is more than 7 days late i can cancel and they will give full refund to travel agency. They did give full refund however you have send message that Goibigo will not give refund.

Pl. let me know when airlines is giving refund why Goibigo is not ready to give refund. It is a serious matter as it seems Goibigo wants customer money to retain.
