Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund on Bus Ticket

Bus ticket booked from Jaipur to Dehradun India on 16th Oct 2021.
The bus was cancelled and the the Boarding Point Manager refunded the money to Goibibo.
Goibibo was supposed to transfer the money back to my account. But they didn't
There is no way to contact customer support.
