Hello,
I have ongoing complaint with Goibibo customer care but looks like I won’t get resolution there. I booked a hotel (Di Pantai Boutique beach resort) for dates (23/02/2023 to 25/02/2023) from my app account (+91 [protected]). While booking, the app showed that booking successful and I paid Rs. 7470/- from my HDfC credit card for two nights stay. But after couple of hours my booking was showing under unsuccessful bookings tab. And information was given that I’ll get my refund if amount has been deducted from my bank account. I had taken screenshots at that time for the same. Obvious I was stressed because I was due in switching hotels because of checkout time from my previous hotel and I had nowhere to go as my new booking at “Di Pantai Boutique resort was showing unsuccessful”. I booked another hotel for the same dates and checked in there. And now I’m being informed that my booking was confirmed for Di Pantai boutique resort, But on the app my booking was showing unsuccessful. This was misleading and confusing information shared by the Goibibo app. I didn’t care to go and ask for check in at “Di Pantai boutique resort” as my booking was unsuccessful on Goibibo app. I complaint on the same dates 23/02/2023. But Goibibo help wasn’t good enough. And after coming back to India, I am continuously in touch with Goibibo customer care now I’m refused to given my refund. Now goibibo are not responding to my emails. Please check the screenshots below

Updated by Yogihooda Still no one cared about my complaint. As Goibibo is denying the refund. Which is unacceptable as their app was the reason showing incorrect information
