Respected sir, Booked ID : GOFLD261D[protected] I would like to inform you that I had booked 4 tickets from Mumbai to Varanasi for travelling dated[protected] vide Ticket Nos[protected]/28/29/30) through Goibibo on dated[protected]. But we can not travel due to country Lock-down for Covid-19. I had have re-scheduled the same tickets to go from AIR INDIA office for travelling dated[protected]. But you have cancelled my all 4 tickets on dated[protected] vide your Invoice No.G06AI22I00159440 for Rs.17356/- and you have sent an email at my registered email : [protected]@gmail.com that I will receive my refund amount next 3 working days. I would like to inform you that I am still not receive my money till date. I humble request you to please check and confirm how will I receive my money.
