This e-mail is in regards to your reservation, booking id (HTLQUSC966).
We have checked on this and would like to advise you that same got booked which was shown on website and you agreed on same, even OTP send to user is also for same amount and same was shown on final page of payment gateway.
If you claim that amount of 952/- was shown to you at the time of booking. We request you to kindly share screenshot supporting your claim, so that we can take this forward accordingly.
However, as if now no refund applicable on booking as same got booked which was agreed and selected by user online at the time of booking.
