I booked a hotel room in Oyo 15643 Laxmi Sadan Residency (11, Near jain mandir, Rishikesh Road, Bhoopatwalal, Haridwar) on 28th June, 2019 at 9:59 p.m. through Goibibo, Goibibo Booking ID: HTLFL3CQGG, Hotel Booking ID : [protected]. I paid Rs.1024/- through online net payment. The check in date was 29th June, 2019 and the checkout date 30th, June, 2019 .Upon reaching the hotel, I was told by the hotel management staff that my name was not listed with them, even though I had prior booking.
I contacted the customer care immediately, they told us any room is not available with them in Haridwar for our stay. Me along with my family were left stranded in the new city with nowhere to go. I also demanded the refund of the booking amount I paid.
I have since then contacted with your customer care multiple times with no fruitful results. The refund has not come to my bank account since, and it has been more than 2 weeks. I even sent an e-mail regarding the same on 01st July 2019.
I humbly demand the refund back without any conditions and delays. I expect quick response to my query otherwise I will be forced to take legal actions against you.
