I have raised a complaint about the same and have sent an email. But there was no response from your side. As my bank server was down an amount of ₹1019 was debited from my account. The trasaction i made was not shown on the goibibo site as it shown the trasaction was failed but later the amount have been debited from my account. As i contacted the bank for the same they asked to contact merchant. The trasaction id and the statement from the bank are attached herewith.
