I have booked a ticket from blr-ixz on 19th of april 2020.
I had paid for 0 go-flexi and free seat bookings. On contacting the goair for a reschedule within 24 hrs of booking as per the policies they have updated me that no add-ons are available at their end. I had rescheduled the flight with an additional amount but my add-on seat booking and go flexi are not available. Goibibo customer care is not responding. I have called almost 50time from feb 3 to feb 4 in 24 hrs. No one responds. No email id available for complaints or queries. Their chat us stupid. It is an automata that repeats what ever said.
