Money was cut sir neither any mail came nor any message?

Updated by Mahaveer Baghel I was trying to buy flight tickets on 11sep and got redirected to the payment section where i chose UPI and then used phone pay to complete the transaction. The amount worth 7981/- inr got debited immediately, however nothing happened on the Goibibo page and i didnt receive any message regarding booking confirmation.

Dear sir,
I have booked ticket for bangalore to kolkata on 25h september as money got deducted, but didn't got any confirmation mail Or booking id/pnr.
Please look into these and resolve these issue asap.
