Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Ticket refund

Hi,

I had booked a bus ticket on 23 Oct 2016 at 12:00pm and it went failed redirected to a error page in website says my ticket is not booked.
Then I had booked train ticket for my journey.
At 3pm the I had got notifications and messages saying your ticket is booked. What the magic is this?

I had contacted customer care, he just shouted at me saying we will give partial refund.
For this application mistake why should I loss my money . This is a bad service from you. I am having bad experience from you . I do not recommend this site or application to anyone and will not use anymore.
Please give me a valid explanation

i have booked my ticket from Ahmadabad to UNA, PNR[protected], BOOKING ID-GOBUSKMB4f[protected]
after 1 week travel agency send message your ticket is canceled but did not get cash back in my account.many times i have call him for cash back but no reply
