[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Tickets Cancelled without arrangements | |||||
Hi, i had booked 3 tickets on 11/12/2015 for the date 24/12/2015, i paid 3000 online, and on 24/12/2015 on the day of departure i got a message saying that the tickets has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded. i dont want refund, i want rearrangement or a case against goibibo. i have no money to arrange by myself and i have applied for leaves from my office, i want goibibo to arrange the tickets or do a compensation of 50000.
